    ABOUT THE PROGRAM

    Leadership and Change Management

    The pace of change in organizations has increased manifold in recent times. Improvement in processes, structures, systems are often being attempted with an objective of achieving better efficiency and effectiveness. However, it is known that most change initiatives fail to achieve their desired objectives. One of the reasons for the failure is lack of skills among managers driving the change. We strongly believe that if change programs are to succeed, there has to be ‘able’ managers at each level with a know-how of leadership and change management concepts, tools and techniques. Hence, leadership development and change management training should ideally go hand-in-hand if organizations want to be more effective.

    This programme will offer insight into theories and application of leadership and change management with an emphasis on learning knowledge, skills and values. The programme intends to be participative with a lot of reflections/assessments into one’s own style of leadership and change management, thus, providing opportunities to identify specific areas of improvement

    This program originated online in 2016 and was the first program in India covering both Leadership and Change Management. In the last 6 years, we have completed 8 batches with about 950 mid-to-senior professionals with an average work experience of 16 years. You would find this program an extremely enriching experience!

    METHODOLOGY

    This program believes that the best methodology is the one where the participants get a change to reflect and participate in the conversation. Therefore, case discussions, group work to learn from each other and online simulation by Harvard would be included as a pedagogy to make the program rich.
