Management Programme for Healthcare at the XLRI – Xavier School of Management is a programme that is designed for healthcare professionals to create a management and leadership cadre to support the fast-evolving Indian healthcare delivery sector. This program aims to equip healthcare professionals with important healthcare management practices along with other management practices such asfinance and accounting concepts and analytical skills relevant in all aspects of effective healthcare management.

PROGRAM FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES
- The fee for the programme will be 60,000 plus GST.
- This will include tuition fees and other infrastructure necessities as required for an effective academic program.
- Travel, Boarding and other expense in case of Residential nomination Charges for the single occupancy will be Rs.4000+GST / per day / per candidate.
- Twin sharing will be Rs. 2400/-+GST per day / per participant including all meals over and above the non residential program fee.

Management Programme in Healthcare Management
Dr. Alok Raj is an Associate Professor in the Production, Operations & Decision Sciences Area at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. Alok’s research interests include studying productivity, diversity, digital technology, and sustainability aspects of firms operating in India and abroad in steel, aerospace, pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chains. He uses both empirical and analytical methods in her research, including game theory, panel data, and optimization. He has published several articles in refereed international journals, such as European Journal of Operational Research, Energy Economics, International Journal of Production Economics, and Transportation research part A: policy and practice.
