Generative AI fundamentals for Senior Leaders

The main learning objectives of the programme are:

1. To understand the fundamental concepts of Generative AI and distinguish it from Narrow AI.
2. To learn the basic and advanced techniques of Prompt Engineering and its role in ‘Latent Space Activation’.
3. To gain hands-on experience in building AI applications using ‘Prompt Chaining’ and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
4. To comprehend the economic and ethical implications of AI, including AI alignment with human values, AI regulation, and responsible AI frameworks.
5. To develop the ability to critically evaluate and apply Generative AI in managerial decision-making processes.

The programme will be delivered through a blend of lectures and hands-on sessions. The lectures will provide a theoretical understanding of Generative AI, its landscape, and its implications.
