This 5-day AI-Enhanced Leadership Training Program is designed to empower middle and senior management with essential leadership skills, enhanced by the latest AI technology. Objectives: To deepen understanding of essential leadership competencies among middle and senior managers. To provide insights into self-leadership, effective team management, strategic decision-making, and change leadership. PROGRAM FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES
- The fee for the programme will be 60,000 plus GST.
- This will include tuition fees and other infrastructure necessities as required for an effective academic program.
- Travel, Boarding and other expense in case of Residential nomination Charges for the single occupancy will be Rs.4000+GST / per day / per candidate.
- Twin sharing will be Rs. 2400/-+GST per day / per participant including all meals over and above the non residential program fee.

Dr. Rahul Chand Sheel
Fellow - IIM Ahmedabad
specializing in Organizational Development, Change, and Leadership, is part of the Organisational Behavior group at XLRI. He holds a PhD in Organisational Behavior from IIM Ahmedabad. He has an impressive track record, training executives for company programs from Coca Cola India, NTPC, NPCIL, NHPC, JSW, Powergrid, ONGC, Indian Oil, HAL, Tata Steel, Tata Capital, Mahindra, L&T, Novo Nordisk, Asian Paints among others. Dr. Sheel has conceptualized, coordinated and instructed a highly regarded online executive program in Leadership and Change Management at XLRI. Leading ten batches of this program, he has successfully imparted knowledge and skills to over a thousand senior executives from various companies who enroll in this program. Moreover, he has worked with various companies to develop customized leadership development programs for senior executives. Additionally, Dr. Sheel's consultancy services include conducting organizational assessments, and providing strategic guidance to enhance leadership effectiveness. Dr. Shiva Kakkar

is a faculty member at XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur. Dr. Kakkar brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical insights to his work. With a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, his research and teaching are located at the intersection of psychology and technology, with a special emphasis on human-AI interaction. Dr. Kakkar's expertise lies in harnessing the power of Generative AI technologies to create innovative use cases, particularly in the field of learning and education. His pioneering work has led to the development of Generative AI simulations that are now an integral part of courses at XLRI as well as the prestigious Harvard National Preparedness Leadership Initiative programme for healthcare leaders. With over nine years of experience in academia and the corporate world, Dr. Kakkar has trained managers from leading organizations such as Accenture, TCS, IHCL, IOCL, and JSW Steel.
