Session starts from 12th Dec 2024
Session ends on 14th Dec. 2024
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
According to a recent report by McKinsey & Company, organizations with executive teams that are 25 percent more gender diverse than their competitors are 25 percent more likely to have above-average profitability. This increased from 15% in 2014 to 21% in 2017. The likelihood of the most diverse businesses outperforming non-diverse ones in terms of profitability has increased. Thus, it is imperative that organizations efficiently handle diversity in the workplace. The program is designed to provide leaders and professionals with a cutting-edge overview of the main trends, difficulties, and possibilities in leading a diverse workforce and fostering an inclusive culture.
