    Managing Training: Design, Delivery and Impact Assessment

    In the context of global competition, organisations are committing greater resources, in both time and money to training and development, so as to enable employees to continuously update and develop their competencies. Organisations are also more accurately monitoring the training and development costs and expecting results from them. In this background, this programme is designed to: Enable participants to understand the concepts and principals involved in developing result-based training programmes; Develop an understanding of how to assess training needs, and design suitable training programmes, and Familiarize participants with the tools and techniques involved in the evaluation of training efforts.
