        ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Day-to-Day Labour Laws for HR managers

The labour law regime in India is undergoing drastic changes. These changes are due to a blend of different factors. The introduction of the new Codes, though not implemented, is one of the factors that have signaled towards the possibility of a new labour regime. Secondly, the onset of the pandemic has had far reaching effect on the workplace. These changes need a better understanding of the labour laws and how their understanding and implementation is relevant more than ever before. Further the emergence of a whole new genre of workforce such as gig, fixed term employments and others, has made the understanding of employer -employee relations more crucial and inevitable. Thus this 5-day training program is targeted towards, and customized for, managers who handle these issues in their respective organizations. The program will also touch upon areas where changes can be expected due to the new labour regime under the four codes.
